FIFTH AVENUE

Margaret Costello Interiors & Design Studio executed a mid-pandemic gut renovation on a 5th Avenue apartment in Greenwich Village. The first priority was a full layout reconfiguration of the entire apartment. This included demoing several walls and building new ones, to create a more open space with a full kitchen - a must for the owner, who is also an avid cook.
